Blackhawk Yagi Antenna
Telstra Next-G + 4GX, 698 to 890 MHz, 14 dBi
Part Number: BH-YAG-100-10
Operating on both Telstra Next-G (850 MHz) and 700 MHz 4GX frequencies, this uniquely designed yagi antenna is the ideal companion to Cel-Fi repeater systems in rural and remote areas.
14 dBi yagi antennas are the most tried and tested antenna design for achieving mobile phone signal in remote areas, often even where no service exists at all. For the past 10 years the 14 dBi yagi has been the backbone of 3G in regional Australia, however with the introduction of the Telstra 4GX network we've gone back to the drawing board to find a design that can provide exceptional Telstra Next-G performance for voice calling, and great 4GX performance for high speed internet. The result has been the Blackhawk 14 dBi Yagi which is the ideal external antenna for Cel-Fi repeater systems in remote and regional areas, allowing full 3G and 4GX to be broadcast inside your house.
The Blackhawk 14 dBi Yagi Antenna has been cleverly detuned to expand operating frequency range to cover both Telstra Next-G and 4GX, allowing one antenna to provide both 3G and 4GX connectivity. While VSWR is higher than an ordinary yagi, the detuning is compensated by high gain and stable transmission across both bands, allowing the repeater or modem to take advantage of the substantially improved receive sensitivity provided by LTE.
